i've been helpin out escobar on the site discussion forum with how long the org's been around, and i've been on archive.org to dig up some pages from back in the day...yep, the "black & purple" org. anyway, i ended up finding one of my very first paisley party reports, for the trc listening party almost 4 years ago! it's kinna cute, as i still typed in 1st-wave princebonics at the time. and there's a lotta old-school orgers who made an appearance on my thread who are still here on the site today (supa, calhoun, istenszek, davideye, sag10)...goodtimes.

Oh man, I can't believe i'm getting nostalgic over stuff on the internet...I think my first online prince experience was "The Dawn" website waaaaay back when. And the old black and purple org!!! I ruined my eyes on that! How long has it been since it was revamped to its current stylish look? And I wonder how many folks have been around since the beginning, and whatever happened to those who were around back then but are gone now? I think Bart just changed his handle to EvilWhiteMale, but it's all good.....

I re-registered when it became 3.0 as "Azifwekare2000" and then changed to the coolest name you see to the right.

Did anyone is here ever post on the Paisley Park AOL Forum back in the day? I was on that all the time back in the mid and late 90's and then I stopped posting stuff on Prince boards/sites because life got too busy. Life is still busy but I missed the sense of Prince community (since there are only about 5 other fans in the immediate area in which I live) so I got hooked on Prince.Org.
