wow, my jaw dropped last night! prince ROCKED the shit outta that place! i could feel the energy as if i was there, it was almost like it was one of his concerts, i really enjoyed it and he looked nice. i thought it was so cute how shy he was was standing up there accepting his award!

First off i love any time my boy is performing and I have everything on tape but last night wasn't me favoret. I think maybe my hopes were up to high after seeing the photo's posted. the performance sound slow....even the fast songs(DMSR and HQ) sounded a little slow. I think Morris and Jerome and Sheila killed it. It was off the hook and I am about to go rewind my tape and watch it again! I just wondering what you all thought? Could anybody hear what he was singing at the keyboard? I know it was slow but i couldn't hear the words.

I got three words to say about the performance: EX-CEL-LENT. My old man did it again and so did Sheila E, Morris and Jerome and the rest of the band. I was just like one of those pathetic screaming Michael Jackson fans like the orger mentioned above and my tv was up to the highest volume.

Prince I am so proud of you for fighting for your rights for ownership of your masters and being one of the greatest live acts and doing what the hell you want to do nevermind the naysayers that were on the official NAACP tread talkin' snap. I am a hardcore fanatic and there is not too many times that you have disappointed me.

Last time when Prince was on the Image awards in 97 to accept the Key of Life award, when he opened the show it was he lip-synched "Emancipation". Now he gave you a full 10 minute LIVE set and folks are still talkin' shit. Sometimes it pays to have F**k you attitude. Prince I love you and keep rockin'

One question though, I noticed during the whole set when the camera kept switching to the audience, where was Usher cuz I sure didn't see him nowhere in sight.

What's the matter Us can't stand LIVE non-lipsynching music with no pyrotechs and 100 dancers? Can't stand that a 46 year old man is beating yo ass!

20 MINUTES!!!! he should have just closed the show!!!
