Kevin Paige anyone, anyone? The extended mixes on his promo for his single "Anything I Want" is credited to No1UNo (no one you know). And it sounds very much like P. for that era (1989).

The extended version of Anything I Want had a (bad) rap with a funky voice saying "Who's that band(man?) pumping that beat? NO-1-U-NO!" It was done in the usual pimp shtick fashion.

Dance-pop singer Kevin Paige was born October 10, 1966, in Memphis; the youngest of nine children, his father was a radio singer for NBC during the 1940s. After earning consecutive All-State drummer honors in high school, Paige gigged with a number of local bands, including the Press, Xavion, and Finger Print before mounting a solo career and signing to Chrysalis in 1989 to release his self-titled debut LP. The album launched a pair of Top 40 singles, "Don't Shut Me Out" and "Anything I Want," and earned him a spot as the opening act on Debbie Gibson's world tour. Although a second Chrysalis release was not forthcoming, Paige remained a constant on the Memphis live scene for years to follow.
