Undisputed

Do you guys like that song Undisputed off of Rave? I love it. Expecially the chorus. I was listing to it and I heard a woman's voice that was a sample and it sounded so framiliar. Then it just hit me that it was off of this movie with Ewan McGregor called the Pillow Book. I own that movie and watched it many times. Then I hear a sample in a Prince song.Life is funny. I wonder if P ever saw that movie and liked it. It is interesting.

so the actual line is lifted from the movie? I don't have the rave album
here right now but I'm sure that the female that speaks those lines on
the track is credited with her name "Queen: *****" I just can't remember
what the name was.

so what's the name in the booklet and who is the actress in the movie? or
what is her character called?

I love these tidbits of info. bring it on cool

what? you can't see the humour in this song?

say what's this claim
out of what?
my dear I ám the touch

cool

however, if it was meant seriously, it would
be very cringeworthy indeed. given the song
is just a bit better than Life O The Party..

That song, and 'Strange But True', were Prince's last hurrah.

Like the song, love this part of it (and yes, of course it's supposed to be humourous)! I also love the part when the song goes from the opera section to "Oh hell--to the bridge!"
