What was one thing Prince said that really connected with you and made you think? Either in one of his lyrics or a quote from an interview or just anything? For me it was when he was on TRL and he said whatever you watch or listen to becomes you and it becomes a part of your fiber. After I thought about it he is dead on! People really are products of their enviroment and if you surround yourself with positivity insted of negativity it really shows in how you present yourself. For me Prince's music is very positive and I am proud to have him apart of my fiber. That man is very deep and intelligent and he says lots of things that get me thinking. How about for you guys, anything he said before that you didn't understand and now get where he was coming from?

I was suprized wow, this isn't the smartest thing he has said (in my opinion) but I like it a lot

This is paraphrased from his 2004 Tavis Smiley interview. Basically he said that if you consistently go 4 the lowest common denominator in your work, U'll get the audience U deserve. I've always though that as well, so it was nice 2 hear my feelings echoed by some1 I hold in such high regard.
