I understand that their was a Prince impersonator on Stars in their eyes doing a cover of Kiss. Didn't see it myself but was it anyone from the org? Did you see it? Was it any good?

a girl from my work told me about it yesterday.
She said he was crap but she couldnt remeber which song he sung.
The way she described he was dressed sounded as though it was Purple Rain period.
She also said that the girl who won it who was Dido was "pure pish too"

He sang "Kiss" but was dressed in a white lacy outfit very reminiscent of the "Purple Rain" era.

Years ago some guy from Catford in London did Cream on the same programme. He didn't win.

Stars in theyr eyes I thought you were talking about The Monkees. Do you remember back to the 60ties, that pop-band? They had a t.v. serie and always when they felt in love with a girl (in the fiklm, of course), they became STARS in theyr eyes! Really! I was a glittle girl and wanted also do become stars in my eyes.
