For real, it is. I felt that the first time it heard it, I was a bit let down because I heard all this hype from people telling me how funky and kick-ass it was. But when I heard it I thought, "Eh.....it's aiiiight. But it would've been better suited for his Emancipation album".

I still stick by those sentiments. But as I kept listening and listening over time, it started to sound cooler. I love the beat and the funky rhythm guitar playing (some of the best he's ever done). Now I'm staring to appreciate the song a little more. It's a new kind of funk.

This is a funkngrovin song. I loved it from the first listen and is TOTALLY my fave from Musicology - he should have performed it on tour, imho.

This song is super fun to learn all the words to and sing LOUD in your car. I'm an adept car dancer when alone and this is one of my fave grooves!

Well I have to say the opposite, I thought it was the best track on my first listen but now it annoys me. Life of the Party has grown on me somewhat especially after I saw it on Match of the Day.

I like the corny slang terms that I thought on me and my white boy nerd friends used.

The same happened to me with Lady Cab Driver. Never got it, then, BANG!

The best thing about the song is in the guitars.

I remember hearing it just before his concert started and I've dug it ever since. Damn near wore it out on the ride home.
