After the soundchecks, it's hard to say. I attended 7 shows and 6 soundchecks, and boy oh boy sometimes some of the questions were so dumb and there was two instances where two crazy people just completely ruined the whole soundcheck for everybody there. No telling what Prince would write.

He wrote a rather heart-achingly beautiful song that sure sounds like it was written to his fans in response to last year's Celebration called "Pearls Before the Swine."

Even if you don’t agree with a damn thing that comes out of Prince’s mouth the harmonies in this song are powerful enough to melt your soul.

Yeah, that song was a pretty damning indictment of his moany faced fans, wasn't it. As far as I know the song doesn't have an official title. Maybe since it was about us he thought he'd leave it for us to give it a name

Hopefully he'll have the decency in that song to refer to us as FANS and not some cultish variation (i.e., "fam").

even if prince didn't like the celebration events, eye don't think he would write a song calling his FAMS, swine, no matter how stupid they r.
