If you could get your money back...

How many Prince albums do you own, and which ones would you return if you could get a full refund. *Not for collecting purposes or just to have them all*. I mean return them because you don't like/listen to them. BE HONEST! biggrin

Kamasutra, definitely.

Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic since I got Rave In2 for free anyway and it has the 1 or 2 songs worth listening to.

N.E.W.S. I forget I even have this.
I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, keep me here.

not one, well maybe 1999 new masters - just embarrassing given the obvious potential for a huge comeback hit.

seriously though - at market/retail price I think I've gotten my money'$ worth out of each album.

Snap

Just two...

Kamasutra -- the worst instrumental music he's ever done!
NPS -- there a couple good songs, but the whole thing was a HUGE disappointment for me

Not one Prince album has ever been bad enough to make me pissed about buying it, but NEWS would come the closest.

not a single one. I love them all.

well, perhaps the "1999: New Master" would be a good choice here
but even that must have some redeeming quality (although which 1
eludes me at this moment lol)

Because his music has settled in my DNA I would return them all for a refund.

The proceeds would be used when paying him for a private concert...

I'd love to get my money... wait, I think it was my poor sick mom's money at that time, back on "Emancipation". Not because I wouldn't absolutely love the album, but because it still sells for 3$-10$ everywhere. That was just a bad investment looking back.

Thank you Mom for buying me it at the time. Even if that meant probably missing out your cardial medication for that month. hug

Would ask for my ducats back on:

Chaos and Disorder
New Power Soul
The Rainbow Children
NEWS
1999-The New Masters

It is impossible to listen to any of these without thinking of the terrible lulls in Prince's careers that spawned them.

First on my list would be "The Truth" but since it came as part of "Crystal Ball", that wouldn't work.

I can't get a refund for "N.E.W.S." because a friend burned me a copy of it. lol

Since my first two choices are not legitimate refunds, "New Power Soul" would be first on the list.

Since I have the 12 Inches (which are basically the only good things from this period) giving up "Parade would be no big loss at all.

These two albums are the worst drivel....

Oh MY GOD how could I forget the overly hyped, extremely disappointing CRystal Ball!!!!!????? Where was the bootlegged material? What happened to the original layout of Crystal Ball cd? Ooooohhhh...he made me so damn mad.
