I don't value youth above other generations.

I like that people age and look mature and middle-aged or senior and stately.

I don't understand how some cultures value youthful beauty to the exclusion of all others.

Prince looks great. A few bags, wrinkles, and lines simply reinterpret his beauty.

yeah but i agree: in the last few months his physical ageing has slightly accelerated. and i also agree that it is interesting, the way his image changes over the years. i think this can only bring good changes (like less makeup hopefully)

funny cuz my girlfriend (who is definitely not a prince follower) was struck and even scared by how young he looked at the oscars... So I guess it's all relative. Obviously if you watch 1999 or Purple Rain era concerts too often he looks old today, but for someone discovering Prince today I would say he looks very young for someone aged 47

I really don't think he looks older than his 80's period, I even think he looks better and younger now than in the 90's. But that can be the make up.

For his age he looks amazing. Being a Vegan makes all the difference! I know a few people in their late 50's and they've been vegans for 20+ years and they all look like they're in their 30's. My parents are in their 60's and have been taking vitamins for 40 years and they look amazing too. My dad is just now getting grey hair. If you take care of yourself you'll look amazing also.

Being 46 myself, I think all that's going on is that he's going to all these award shows, so we are seeing photos of him taken in daylight.

If U ask me the man looks young as hell, did any of u catch the Golden Globes... he looked about 20 something. As 4 the Oscars,as well as that Clive Davis party pic, he just seemed mad tired. He's a 46 year old man who has toured and performed relentlessly 4 nearly 30 years, what have most of us done in that time. I'm the age Prince was when he did Purple Rain and somedays i dont look as good as he does now! He could sure gain some weight or hit the gym a bit, but as far as wrinkles.....please, that man is gorgeous.

i think the fact that he's aging so gracefully is beautiful..yeah he's got them laughlines but @ least that means for some part of his life he was significantly happy (among the other times of course)...and u also have 2 consider different lightings in photos give u different results...so there will be times that he looks his age and times that he doesnt...
