The band is 94 East, Pepe Willie, Prince's early manager was part of the line up, and Prince and Andre did session work on a few of the tracks in the mid to late 70s - that's it.

Prince is co-credited on 'Just Another Sucker' - Prince later covered it (unreleased, but circulating) as 'Do Yourself A Favour' (also covered and released by Jesse Johnson).

Actually, scrap that - I think I'm going insane - I can't remember if Just Another Sucker is 'If You See Me' by another name (which IS 'Do Yourself A Favour') falloff

Let someone else answer the question, I need a coffee! The top and bottom is that 94 East has been re-re-re-released, and it's a waste of money (as a 'Prince' release) unless you're a completist. lol

"Just Another Sucker" and "If You See Me" are two entirely different songs.

"If You See Me" was first recorded in December 1975,with Pepe Willie on vocals.Prince changed the title to "Do Yourself A Favor" and recorded his own version in 1982.The song was finally released in 1986 on Jesse Johnson's album 'Shockadelica',but his version is very similiar to the Prince version.

Interestingly,"Just Another Sucker" was actually released as a single in 1985,and it briefly appeared on the R&B charts.
