i was just watching a tape of the 1985 Grammy's.
Prince And The Revolution played "Baby,I'm A Star.
here is where it get's interesting.
after Prince rip's off his shirt and leaves the stage,he is met by Big Chick
and a couple other bodygaurds.
if you have this tape go to this part.
as Prince and Big Chick are walking down the aisle, another bodygaurd(white guy with beard)appears.
play the tape frame by frame if you can here.
you will see this unknown bodygaurd "handoff" to Big Chick.
it looked like a small brown-vial,from what i could see on the tape i have.
check for yourself,perhaps i am crazy.
i was swilling merlot and inhaling purple-hairs whilst viewing this treasure.
i wonder what was in that vial.....

Prince does poppers?

Prince did not participate in the "hand-off".
it was between Big Chick and the other bodygaurd.

these vials were commonly used for cocaine.
it was rumoured at the time that Big Chick had a problem.

You're probably right, coke. Chic was using and there's many a tale about it being rife on the PR tour behind P's back.
