In the credits to UTCM.... ..it lists old friends 4 sale as one of the songs.
what scene is it in? Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

dang, i can see/hear it in my mind's eye, but i can't place it...if i'm not mistaken, it's instrumental background music in one of the scenes... | |

the scene fades to a white wall.....
christopher looks over at tricky and takes his drink out of his hand... (old friends 4 sale plays here) christopher:i got waylaid tricky:No! you got L-aid. (christopher walks off camera to change his outfit,brushes tricky off) tricky: you dogged me, you lied to me, you broke the rules of our partnership,you're jive,and you got laid. christopher:tricky.y'know i think you're cute but you're not my wife. tricky:why you selfish son-of-a biscuit eater! i thought we were partners! (christopher walks back on camera,putting on his robe) christopher: not this time. (christopher goes to lay down on the bed when tricky approaches him) tricky:and i'll tell you why too 'cause you know if i drop a bomb on mary she'd fall in love with me (tricky spills some of his drink on his jacket as christopher looks on in utter disbelief) Christopher:you're drunk! tricky:yeah christopher i'm drunk but hey guess what? you're stupid! i told you to never mix emotions with business,deadly combination. christopher:you wanna see my phone book- (christopher reaches for his phone book) tricky:i bet you she don't even like you. (christopher slams the nighstand drawer) christopher: i know she likes me. (christopher gets off the bed to dial a #) tricky:women don't like you,they use you and when they use you up,they're gone. (christopher slams the phone down,both men are standing face to face when christopher looks tricky up and down) christopher:you said the wrong thing tricky. (christopher pushes tricky back down on the bed as he walks out the room) tricky:punk! mary sherron ain't gon be playing with you no mo brotha,not when trick done wit it. that's right! them my draws now! she'll be throwing rocks at you! I thought this was a thread about the Cohen brothers credit at the end of UTCM. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
