Prince was in the middle of his Hit N Run 2001 tour, and he was in a great mood. It's a great performance. He played Leno two nights in a row -- "The Work Pt. 1" is also an awesome performance, but I do love the jazz feel of "Dorothy Parker / Madhouse 4" -- too cool!

at the beginning of that show, Jay was trying to play a joke on P, he was in a disguise, he stopped his limo at the front gate, Prince popped up through the sunroof to talk to Jay.
