U know what, between 1988-1992 Prince made some fantatic videos. "glam slam" "batdance" "partyman" "theives in the temple (long version)" "cream" "diamonds and pearls" "7"....."gett off" is included now 4 me too.

I always thought the video was good, but after revisting it again I realized that the vibe and look is quite awesome, with loads of grinding going on in the background. Plus it doesn't suffer from annoying quick cuts that were common back then and are even more commonplace now! (even movies now sometiimes use MTV style camera techniques)

Even more surprising is the chemistry between Prince and dancers Diamond and Pearl. Prince acts well against/with them, as he did in "cream" too. The dancing by the gameboyz in the background is good fun too. But the little movements by prince and D and P is well choreographed as it is very subtle and less obvious to sopt then "cream" (which is still better)

Great look, vibe, choreography (even the gameboyz look good) and D and P are hot too!

They were color coordinated (tony was red, Damon was yellow, Kirk was blue)

I liked their silly circle moves or whatever they do? Heck alot better then that stupid Wally bloke.....

I c most people don't give a shit.....I think some of prince's videos need to be looked at more closely as some are pretty good.

Iam interested in music vids in general which explains my more in-depth look at them I guess.....

This is definitely one of Prince's better videos.... very energetic and sexy.... Why isn't it on the Hits Video Collection? This is also one of few P videos that gets shown on VH1 Europe (or whatever the VH1 station I receive in Iceland is called).. Last time I saw it I noticed though that the word "wet" is probably too risqué for VH1 since it was censored in the video....

Prince looked great in all black. Diamond and Pearl were hot.

Robia La Morte (either Diamond or Pearl, not sure which was which) was in Buffy The Vampire Slayer for a couple of seasons. She looks even tidier in Buffy than she did back then.
