The last few seconds of...

.... the extended La,la,la,he,he,he, or whatever it's called exactly, got to be the funkiest rhythm guitar playing he ever did! That sh*t is tight. The whole song is a hot mess.
Which other moments make you say "DAMN!"? Another would the "Work, alright. We gotta work all night. Everybody work, that's right." party of Let's Work.

We propably had this a zillion times before, but what the heck!

the guitar playing is speeded up but i agree it is funky.

the 'lets work' bit you mentioned is probably the best funky bass guitar playing he has done on record. levi seacer jnr was the best slap player he had on tour with him (ignore the obvious answer), if your looking for similar stuff.

other moments, i like the guitar on 'dead on it' and the bass at the end of 'automatic'.

i've heard a lot of great playing on soundchecks and wondered why he doesnt put that on record. maybe he records whatever is in his head at the time and hasn't the time or desire to listen back to his own recent playing.
