Like I posted; Sony reps in Holland say that a Dutch show is being planned, so I am sure that if this probing turns to actual planning, Europe can look forward to a 2005 tour.

Sure! I have to be honest that this is a doubtable source, as no one knows what's in Prince's head.

But a friend of mine (isn't that always the case?) knows someone at Paisley Park, who told my friend that an acoustic album is being discussed and that they even mastered an album.

But I am sure Prince masters like loads of stuff that never sees the light of day.

Just like the talk about an European tour. That info comes from Sony reps, who are always prone to gossip, I am afraid. If Prince's representatives are informing about possible dates and venues, it does not mean there will be a tour. They are probably just shopping around.

But I think a new tour is too good a reason to release another album. I like two good rumours together.

I must admit that after hearing the boots of the Musicology tour, an acoustic album would seem MIGHTY nice...

So I hope this is a true rumour. If not, I hope it takes flight and sparks a chord in the Prince camp and they go, like; "Hey! Now that is a good idea!"

i would never go to bossier city ( RED NECK LAND )

I was at that show and it looked pretty full from where I was sitting. I didn't see any empty seats and it was hot as hell. It was so crowded, that it took 30 minutes just to get out of the arena and an hour to get out of the parking lot. We finally gave up and drove over the grass onto the main road.

I also saw the song listings on the org and he had performed every last one of them.

actually, they're not. gonna go ahead and lock this thread up, there's already all these tour rumors circulating here already. everybody, just wait and see if we hear anything official, as opposed to relying on 2nd- and 3rd-hand sources.

kthx. peace!
