a lot of peeps on her have stated they got into prince through buying the BATMAN OST , they have said ,..like they were maybe 6 years old or 8 years old etc etc ,...

so my question is ,.....

what did you think/make of track 8. SCANDALOUS ??? when you were such a nipper !!!

my abiding memory of that album is the line "all is well in gotham city" i just loved that line cos i was a BATMAN fan before i was a prince fan !

Not sure as I wasn't nipper anymore but I can't imagine it was as affecting as hearing Do Me Baby, Sister, Head, or practically all the other Prince songs I heard when I was a nipper. - scarred me for life.

I was 11, but I understood what it was all about.

I bought "Lovesexy" when I was just 10 years old
and it made me learn English with a quickness cuz
I wanted to understand what he was talking about
in his songs.

By the time "Batman" was released I thought that
"Scandalous" was a very cool track.

I didn't understand so much about the Sex Suite
remix though. All that talk of windows in the
bedroom and stuff made me kinda confused about
wether I understood this the right way

Later on, fcuz, I learned that it was just the
Kitsch Prince way of overstating the obvious
moment of sexual push and pull.
