He needs bodyguards. I'm sure if he feels like it, he would hug someone but if he doesn't feel comfortable letting strangers get close enough to touch him I understand. Some people feel like they know Prince and then they forget or conviently overlook the fact that they are perfect strangers to him and he has no reason to trust them or touch them just because they feel they are fans. But like I said before whether or not he hugs people is his perrogative for whatever reason but I am speculating his size plays some parts in his decisions not to get too close to people he doesn't know.
