Cinnamon Girl M  the only purplepeating sob who deosn't like this song, it's commercial aor at it's worst...the only song I skip on musicology. I like the lyrics and context, plus the video is cool, but the song is so pop. If I wanna listen to cinnamon girl I listen to this guy.

Like i said, I don't wanna listen to lyrics like that coming from someone who refuses to vote. Moreover I can't stand to listen to the song, so even if I liked the lyrics, I still could not stand the music. The verses are a rip-off of "Money don't matter tonight" IMO (and I never was a huge fan of that song in the first place) and the chorus just makes me . The chorus is uninspired, in my opinion. Maybe a better sound production would have made it better to my ears?

I think it's cool when Prince covers stuff, because he DOES something with it rather than just play it the way it was played originally. Besides, as much as I like Neil Young's songs, I can't get past his voice and crappy lead playing. I wish some more people would redo his songs! | |
