Baby Go Go

Has a complete version of this song ever made it's way to light?
Walking alone in the dark, I see nothing u see
I can be in a park, or flying in the…in the deep sea
I wish u’d hold my hand; then everything could b
There’s nothing strange, we’re not deranged
We only want everyday 2 b a Cosmic Day

That wasn't the question.

To answer the original poster: No. Prince's complete version is not circulating amongst the general public. It's one of those 'golden' songs.

Prince at his best.

He was untouchable back then. Still is, but you know what I mean....

I thought I answered the question pretty clearly. Is there a Prince version? Yes. Has it made it's way to light? Well, depends on what you mean by 'light'. It hasn't been officially released, but it is available as a bootleg. For instance, some of Prince's songs are only known by the title and have never been heard fullstop.

Is it a golden song? Depends what you mean by 'golden'. I reckon it is one of his best as yet unreleased songs, and his original version is better than Nona's.

Yes, I understand, but the person was asking if the full version had surfaced. The one you have on your bootleg is edited by, as far as I know, between 30-60 seconds. (Someone can correct me if I'm way off on how much has been cut from it.)

And by golden, I meant one of the songs that people refuse to let go in its original form and in decent quality (Similar to Big Tall Wall - which is edited, Cosmic Day, Strange Way Of Saying I Love You, Go, Fuschia Light, etc.).

Exactly. Geez, I didn't think the question was that difficult. We've all heard the version that cuts out to what seems like a musical loop roughly just over two minutes into the song...."Something about u, something about u..." then cuts to a musical loop to a drumbeat fade.

This is obviously not how the song was meant to be. So, to clear things up, is there an unedited version by Prince circulating? My guess is no.
