are all the early records available on CD? Like Controversy, Prince and For You?

The first CDS was "Alphabet St"

You'll be able to find all them with great ease in any big record chain store, or online at places like Amazon.

The only ones you'd have a slight difficulty with are the ones that are on NPG Records and/or out of print - namely Exodus, Crystal Ball, The Gold Experience and The Black Album - although even then you can get them from Amazon, Gemm.com or ebay, with ease.

Hey there, I managed to get mot of the early stuff on CD through Amazon. The CDs were all fairly reasonable in price too. Some of the later stuff released through the club will be much more difficult to buy but you shouldn't have any problem picking up Controversy, Dirty Mind or even Prnce or For You. Take a look on Amazon. Hope this helps

Best Buy has them all,Media Play,Barnes et Noble,and then,amazon.com has b-sides,too.That's where I got Space and I Hate U.

I just got 1999, the symbol album and diamonds and pearls off of ebay this week.all of them were under $5 a piece so I am pretty happy.
I am hoping to get Crystal ball with the truth. Fingers crossed that I will win the auction.

I purchased mine at "The Exclusive Company " and they seem to have alot of Prince's stuff and if they don't have it they can order it for you
Otherwise you should be able to find some of them at Best Buy, Circuit City or Camelot

All the Prince albums have been released on CD at some time or other. I think some of them have gone out of print now.
