ya know, i never thought of the cover of 'lovesexy' as being dirty or a nudie pic...i always thought of it as very artful and i got the metaphor from the get-go. i thought it was silly when i heard about some stores selling it in plain brown wrappers....it's not like he shows his goodies, sheesh. | |

same here... i saw it as a sign of "rebirth" -- and my girlfriend at the time (who i took to a Lovesexy concert) was named Anastacia (aka Anna Stesia) -- she told me her name meant "rebirth" [Edited 1/17/05 15:14pm] | |

I've never been fond of the Graffiti Bridge album cover.It's all over the place,cheesy and cheap looking.I would have preferred the inset pic of Prince with his long hair and leather jacket.
I can actually appreciate the cover for NPS much more than GB or Rave for that matter.It's a good way to gage what the music is all about.(depending on your perspective,good or bad) Lovesexy,Sign O'The Times and Rainbow Children album covers are perfect repesentations of the music. | |
