WHAT'S THIS?????!!!!!

My wife's old high school friend works at an LA movie promotion company. Some of his clients are Sony and Universal movies, the networks, and several record compnaies including Interscope Records, WB Records, and Sony Records. He mostly only works on the ad campaigns of motion pictures but he also dabbles in furniture design and painting in his spare time.

Anyway, he knows I'm a huge PRINCE fan and he called me up this morning and reported to me, and I quote, "We are doing a Prince project. I thought you should know." Tony is not one to bull-#%#&, so I said, "Really?!! What??!!". He replied that a record album and a one-sheet are being commisioned by his boutique. They just started work on it and he said that the album is scheduled to come out in the summer on Sony Records. I asked him the title of the album. He said the title they are working on is.....

....."Even Children Won't Understand"

When he says a record album has been commissioned, do you mean a record album cover? By a shop. That does furniture.

i just had a talk with my neighbor's 4-year old son, and he didn't know either


edit: okay, i just got off the phone with my nephew... he's a freaky little dude, and he said he actually knows what Prince means by the title -- we had a good little talk, but he still wouldn't share. oh yeah, and he laughed about the neighbor's kid and said, "i guess he just isn't odd enough!" so i asked, "what do you mean by that?" and all he said was, "even children won't understand."

Ok, I don't quite understand this...

The way it was written/typed, doesn't make any sense...so the album is called
"...EVEN CHILDREN WON'T UNDERSTAND"?

and so a 1 sheet teaser is being worked on to promote this record soon!? (right)

So what about the DVD, will this be released...I kept hearing it was, so how come we haven't recieved word.

I hate waiting around for PRINCE releases, because it seems like 4ever!

anyways...I hope its true, because I'm so over "Musicology", the 12 songs are worn out as I've played this cd more than any other cd this year, and sometimes daily, just to keep Prince music pumpin throughout my world!
