Fonts? Hi!
I´m looking for some of the fonts, that Prince have used on his covers. I especially want the fonts from SOTT, PR and Lovesexy! Does anyone know where to find it. Fryd  Fryd - Always Park The Car Sideways! | |

Follow this link - th site looks a bit crap and teh piture to click on doesnt open but if you download teh zip file it conatins 31 fonts including teh ones used for:
Lovesexy Gold Experience Diamonds & Pearls Sexy Mf Symbols (does all the eyes,NPG logo,symbol etc) Goodbye (Chaos & Disorder font) and loads more that you will recognise. They used to be everywhere on the net but Ive only recently managed to find this site Enjoy | |

There are no SOTT or Purple Rain fonts, they were hand drawn especially for
those projects. There are some fan-made approximations of both 'fonts' out there on the net though. | |

Lemonhead font in this Zip is SIMILAR to SOTT...but only similar | |

The nikki font is Purple Rain...but I cant get it to work on this version | |

Unzip them then right click and copy the whole lot. Go into your Windows folder on your hardrive and there will be another folder called Fonts. Paste thmm into there and they will be added to anything that you type into...MAGIC!!! | |

im having same problems as jerky!
opened, copied...but not sure where/how to send. is it me. but i cant find windows folder! eeeek! he's no good to me dead! | |

Hmm that is strange - It should be rightthere on your hard drive in the same place as Programe Files, Documents and settings etc Heres an alternative. Go to your Strat menu and using the SEARCH function look for a folder called FONTS. When it is found, open it and paste them in that way | |

Larabie Fonts has a free font called Still Time, that resembles the Purple Rain font.
Chank Fonts made one of the official Prince fonts used on the New Power Soul album cover. The font used on the ONA studio CD is freeware but I cant recall the name of it (I think it has the word "clown" in it), and the one used on ONA Live is Vivaldi. | |
