I'm new to Prince HELP!!! Hi!
I'm a 16 year old who just got into Prince! I totally love him! His music is awesome! He's even inspired me to learn how to play piano! But the only music I have is a burned copy of The Rainbow Children! And the Purple Rain DVD (which I watch everyday!)! What should I do next? E-mail me @ PrincessLover86@yahoo.com or write me a note! Hi, man its been awhile since we actually had some new fams on here!! Welcome to the wonderful world of Prince, its a long and exciting journey discovering and collecting his entire music catalogue!! The best things 4 a new fam 2 do is
1 dont buy Purple Rain straight away u will only compare his other albums 2 it, even if u think the film and music r great avoid it 2 begin with!! 2 dont join the NPGMC until u own at least 80% of his albums as u may b disappointed 3 dont mention MJ until u r fully obsessed with prince!! | |

The fact that you have a sparked interest in Prince has already stared you on your way.
There is no map to discovering what it is you are going to enjoy on this journey. Do not run out and buy everything at once.. Pick something new once a year, and listen, really listen. And listen all year long. What I'm trying to say is I love Prince for the uncanny reason that at every significant stage in my life there was something of Prince's that I really listened to. But I never planned it, or obsessed for it, or boasted about it. It was mine, and it happened naturally. | |

If u like purple rain, u should probably get his other movies on vhs, under the cherry moon and grafiti bridge the sequel 2 purple rain.
get dirty mind, parade, lovesexy(a must) sign of the times and around the world in a day. all very different and unique albums, when uve absorbed these get all the rest of his albums. welcome 2 the dawning of a new spiritual revolution If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it! |

Normally, people say Prince inspired them to play guitar. I think that is the first I've ever heard someone say he inspired them to play piano! That's great.
