this day in Prince history I know for a fact that Prince played a New Years Eve concert from Paisley Park in 87 going in to 88 because I have it on DVD. | |

Per The Vault, Prince did indeed play a show at PP that night, a benefit for the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless. Performing were Prince and the SOTT tour lineup, plus Miles Davis for a bit.
