Does anyone remember that Talking Heads video, I think it was called "Wild, wild life" or something and they had a Prince and Apollonia lookalikes making out? I don't know how I remembered that but I did. I thought they looked exactly like Prince and Apples.

Yah, that is very familiar - I think I remember MTV saying that it was a Prince look-alike and probably therefore also not Apollonia.
