Has anyone heard any news about the previously-anticipated release of:

1. Nikka Costa's forthcoming album, 'Can'tneverdidnothin'.

The album was expected to have the Prince-penned 'Glass Cutter', the demo of which was made available for download on NPGMC. Nikka Costa's website only runs up to July 2004 with the first single from the album available online. I noticed amazon.com had placed a holding date of January 1, 2005 for its release a couple of weeks back, but that has now been removed. Does anyone know what is causing the delay?

2. The P-funk collaboration album featuring, amongst others Prince and Gerorge Clinton on 'Paradigm'. Did I miss something, or did it simply not appear? I thought October 2004 was the expected time of release.

Any information on either would be appreciated.

Actually it was the track "Silver Tounge" that your thinking of. And the lyrics to that song are actually penned by Nikka Costa. I'm hoping the new CD will have a few surprises
