And the tour was a huge success with 375 billion tickets sold.

Imagine, 375 billion counted give-away cd's and still he's only at # 25

falloff

Still, I don't give a fuck since I thought TRC, ONA piano, NEWS and CNOTE
were a million times better than Musicology anyway.

as long as he's filled his leprechaun pockets and uses some of the cash to
release MORE material on npgmc next year, it's all good with me.

Prince is arguably the one in the top 25 with the longest career, and he had to come back from selling records to 17 people out the back of his truck to the charts. Good work Chris!

please tell me no 1 is trying 2 compare usher with prince. That would be absurd.

If we compared them as artists yes, But not if we just compare their 2004 albums. Confessions is much better than Musicology. I'm a 25 year Prince fan but I call em as I see em.

The sad part really is that we even care who #1 is or #25 is or if- God forbid- Ashlee Duffy Crackhead is on the charts at all. We keep comparing genetically mutated apples to organic oranges. If the twits don't see Prince for the incomparable artist he is-chart or no chart- fuck 'em.
Personally, I come here to get away from the usual mag "Year end...Best of...Jizz contest winner..." because at Prince.org most us don't care where Prince is on the charts or how his sales are, just how good is the next album.
I'd take 10 One Night Alone's for every Batman.album he ever put out.

Ur not the only gay 1 I just dont post as much as others,But I do wonder what makes this album different from the others in recent history? Be cause I still think that "rainbow children "beats the Purple panties off musicology.the success of the album also probly has something 2 do with the fact that he per4med with Beyonce At the grammys this year next years album & HOW IT IS RECIEVED BY THE MASSES WILL TRUELY TELL THE TELL!
