Anyone remember this Hoax?

Sunday 8th March saw a private (more than usual it seems) performance at Paisley Park.

Apparently the gig was attended by "hardly 200 people" - consisting of "VIP and local Mpls industry types and friends".

No mention of the supposed new album title "2000 & Free: The Revelation Year" - but the follow new songs were played according to the report:

news songs were played: The War Script, Love Stories, I Ain’t No Fool, Incantation, The Silent Majority and Wow.

The War Script is an engaged song , it's a rock song with distord guitar , Blackwell play like John Bonham (Led Zep) and organ on fire.Prince is angry against the Bush governement.

Love Stories is a strange sad love song with a lot of electronic sounds like in the 1999 era. That's a hit!

I Ain’t No Fool is quit like "love stories" but with more warm. Prince is still angry.

Incantation is a fantastic instrumentale-suite in 3 parts. The last part blow!

The Silent Majority is a dark ballad , about the paranoia in America.

Wow, is a pop song à la "Forever in my life"

The 1982 out-take from '1999', Moonbeam Levels was also played.

I thought this was an especially good hoax, kudos to the writer (it was very cruel since it sounded like a great project biggrin )
