Earlier Grammy nominations?

When (and for what) has Prince been Grammy-nominated previously?
Perhaps someone could post a complete listing?

I believe he was nominated but didn't win for both The Gold Experience and I Hate U in 1996. Can't remember what the categories were, but I imagine they were something like Best R&B album and Best R&B single.

Thanks!
But is that really all? I've heard that "International lover" was nominated for Best R'n'b vocal performance, or something like that (must have been in -82 or -83, right?). And I'm sure there must be more...anybody who knows?
