The tracklist seems plausible if we consider the fact Prince is now expected by many fans to put out a raw, primal funk-filled album, in the vein of "Glass Cutter". Maybe he is going to show that you can talk about sex, but in a more convoluted, less blatant, non-offensive manner? That the implicit is sexier than the explicit? That you can get dirty without getting vulgar? The alleged track titles suggest he wants to go down south... 
But I have no doubt: this is a fake tracklist. We won't know the real thing until Prince reveals it to us himself, provided that GeminiCalling is not Prince
