The site seems to be several years old, as he's referred to as TAFKAP, but this is the first I've seen or heard of it! Apparently, it's a website that re-creates the Tarot deck with Hollywood celebrities as each of the archetypes. I don't think it's an actual physical deck. I was searching for information on Tarot, and definitely was not expecting to see this:
