Wow. I can't describe how i feel when i play that song. Damn. I seriously think it's his greatest song ever! It doesn't have the best lyrics or beat, it's just the song as a WHOLE. The lyrics and music wouldn't sound any better if they were on different songs. WOW. This song is fucking legendary. It's a shame people don't know about it...and in a way that makes me glad, because then it's my private joy. You mention Prince to people and all they think about is Purple Rain, like that's the only thing he ever put out, and i say to them "if you only knew..." i'm playing it right now as a matter of fact. That opening guitar lick gives me shivers everytime i hear it. It's like the king of all his sex songs. What other song talks about love making better than this one? it's actually about being in love and making love rather than fucking like rabid dogs. and it cheers me up EVERYTIME i hear it. It's a shame my stereo doesn't go loud enough when i play it. and i LOVE how it isn't the same way through. it's like he's actually taking you through the love making, from telling his love that their love is alive, then saying he can't hold her tight enough, then telling her he's horny, then into the lovemaking. It's incredible. and that funky ass part at the end...wow...i seriously can't describe how much i love this song..

It was the video that actually made me fall in love with the song. Prior to that i did not like it that much. But now.....I wonder what i was thinking. This is an awesome song and WAY underrated.
