I'm listening to it right now. I love it. It's very funky.
Try musicstack.com. I swear by it.

I don't get these threads (Where do I get Exodus / Gold Nigga / Black Album / Gold Experience).

It ain't that difficult:

http://www.gemm.com/c/sea...generation

T'is definately worth tracking down, the best of the 3 NPG albums. 1995 was a great time, I remember the day they did Get Wild on TOTP, I saw them live on the Gold tour. It was overload cool

You know, Exodus was really quite heavily promoted in the UK at the time.

A healthy amount of TV appearances and performances, posters around town, I remember walking into Virgin and the CD was on the listening station, it was made very apparent it was a Prince release, and it had 3 singles, Get Wild was on MTV a fair bit, I remember seeing Count The Days on VH-1 more - and of course the re-release of The Good Life did very well (how bizarre was that?!)

Amazon.com is another good place to look for Exodus. That's where I found my copy. I love Exodus, it never fails to make me giggle.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Exodus is awful!! I paid five bucks and I was still disappointed. There's way too many segues and not nearly enough music, and the tracks that are songs are atrocious, bar the bittersweet gangsta folk song Count the Days. I did manage to resell it on eBay for like $50 though. biggrin

"The exodus has begun..."

I always thought the title track was the most P-funk inspired song Prince ever did. In many ways it sounds like Parliament's "P-Funk (wants to get funked up)", with the voice and the horns...

You don't have to be a 'computer genius' - A search on Ebay, Amazon, HMV, or GEMM will get you every single Prince release.

The Good Life dance mix was tearing shit up in clubs across the UK

still is a great dance track.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
woot!
