"1999" is the best of all..even without the spooky robotic voice part.It just starts with that buildup and tension. You can feel something cool is about to happen. Another good one is "controversy".And,conversely,"beautiful ones" has the best ending of any Prince song. "I'm a pig..so,magic elixir I swill" | |

There are SOOOO many intro's to his songs that blow you away...
The beginning of America, listening to it for the 1st time on cassette in a player that had started eating my tapes... I never ran so fast to my sterio in my life. The intro for Thunder. My gawd. Me and a friend had just bought DAP and were planning on just driving around town listening to it. We didn't even get through the 1st line and my friend ejected the cassette, sat back in his seat and said "um, I think I just came in my pants. We don't have to listen to any more..." It ended up taking us a good 20-25 minutes before we were able to listen to the whole song. What's the use of being young if you ain't gonna get old

I say Billy Jack Bitch. I remember hearing just the first 30 seconds of it on some award show years ago, when he was dancing with Carmen Electra?? anyone remember what I am talking about? Anyways, those first 30 seconds drove me CRAZY! I wanted to hear the full song NOW! I remember buying The Gold Expierence, and as I am driving home, playing my new cd, it comes on! : )
