IWD4U UK remix release?.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been hearing a Fat boy slim/NORMAN COOK remix of IWD4U on the UKs main radio station, BBC RADIO 1 [for the record it's corporate crap at its worst]. Anyway i've heard it twice on Friday nights dance mix programme. Does anyone have any additional info. For your info it sounds like a breath of fresh air, very cool, very funky and very now. I've never been keen on the idea that Prince should work with an outside producer but after releasing so many great works maybe he should put his ego aside for a one off project. The trouble is of course is if it was a hit people will be saying that he couldn't do it on his own.

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

There is a new club remix of 'When Doves Cry airing on Kiss FM in the UK as well (KissFM is a very popular station and quite reputable).

I also heard the 'When Doves Cry' Remix playing at my local nightclub on a Saturday night a few months back. I went wild, the bass line is mad!

Anyway, for the record its called 'When Doves Cry White Label Remix' and it is avaliable on AudioGalaxy.

I don't know how 'official' it is, but if a commercial, national radio station and a very commercial club are playing it, it must have some sort of backing or authorisation.

For the record, they should release it in the UK. It has top 10 written all over it.
