Have u ever seen prince without heels? Since he became famous, u ever seen him without some sorta heel? On stage in particualr i ain't ever seen him with any other type of footwear? Any interviews or anything?

yup. he played in platform flip-flops at an aftershow i saw this summer; he wore some kind of black moonboot lookin' things on the tavis smiley interview; and he wore a white version of those moonboots at some of the shows i went to this year. | |

****i peeped those moonboots 2 this year @ 4/22:Knoxville, 4/30:Atlanta, 5/5:StLouis....a little fringe on the side-is that 'sposed 2 B a native influence thing? aside from the 1st meeting the only other time i saw him without heels was Detroit, Halloween 1988 after the show n the hotel lobby B4 he dashed out...even tho' he said,"i'm not who u think i am!", my response: "its Halloween, u can B whoever the ph_ck u wanna B!"(only he can make B talk nasty like that)  | |

There's that pic from the Purple Rain era (on the b-side picture sleeve "Another Lonely Christmas") that shows Prince on a couch with bare feet, and also the pic where he's on the couch reading the New World Translation of the Bible (from '99?). They don't look like cloven hooves to me!
