If my memory serves me correctly, Heaven was the first outtake to be widely circulated. that was in 1985. That was quickly followed by g-spot and a couple of the Rebel tracks. I never really included Electric Intercourse as it was a live track.

First "album" as such was Charade.

If "Tricky" is an outtake, then early 1987.

Otherwise it's the "Black" album on tape circa 1988.

The Black Album i bought a copy on Vinyl for £6 it was a really good copy too.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

the first outtake I heard would have to be... "moviestar" because the "black album" might not be considered outtake material...

heard it on vinyl on "Chocolate Box" in 1988.

I got the black album/crystal ball boot.... so le grind was first.

I remember reading how the black album was supposed to be the 10 top funkiest albums.

what really got me was how good the outtakes were. wonderful ass, witness, last heart.

The witness from this boot is my first obsession. The wah and dirty guitar are much more prominent without the dream factory horns.
Music is the best...

This one blew my mind. And it's made so much more eery by the fact that it's never legally seen the light of day. What made him record this? Why didn't it make the album, and indeed why was it intended for Parade given the completely different, upbeat nature of the rest of the album?

I still get shudders from this one.

so high (purple music)
