Who wrote this article on Prince a few years back?

"Native Son of Minneapolis" or something to that effect. A friend of mine came across a website last night about Prince, on the Internet, but he lost it. He didn't remember what the name of it was or where he got it. It was an essay, a lengthy essay. If anyone knows what or where it is, I'd appreciate you telling me.

Kurt Loder wrote this article / conducted this interview with Prince which includes the phrase "son of Minneapolis"

The Rolling Stone interview from 1993 included the words 'native', 'Minneapolis' and 'Prince':

http://princetext.tripod...._1983.html

as did the review of 'Sign O' The Times' in the detroit Free Press in 1987:

http://princetext.tripod....movie.html
