Whatever you choose, make sure there is variety. I gave birth for the third and last time 5 months ago and had the same question....I found that I needed some slow tunes, some upbeat, some that really relax you too, your mood and choice of music will probably change numerous times throughout the usually lengthy process of giving birth. Congrats to you!

The late John Ritter and his wife played various music when delivering ther little girl, Stella. When they put on "Graffiti Bridge", they said she started comin on out! Hence, the name Stella, becuz she was finally born during, "Release It".It worked 4 them, maybe it could work for u. I'm back!!!!!!! | |
