We kept hearing about the Gold Experience and how Prince wanted to
release it but for some reason would/could not and even suggested
giving it away in many shows and interviews.

So I kept hoping (i feel like such an ass to admit this) that he
would sneak a copy of TheGoldExperience into a batch of other cds
ready for shipment



You know, I kept hoping that my "Come" album would ACTUALLY contain
the GoldExperience trax.

A sort of "Prince does Willy Wonka" with the gold ticket being not
the invitation to but the Ride itself

i think that finding a golden ticket in one's prince merchandise would be a ticket to instant purple hell.
