Musicology tour Venue Hit List

I was just on the image gallery and I was reading the venue hit list for Prince's tour. Do anyone know what is a b-12 injection? It was under the physcian part of the hit list.

B-12 is an injection that supplies vitamins. That's really all there is to it. It supposedly gives you energy.
