New Power Radio... HELP Hi, I went to the New Power Radio website, but there are no instructions on how to listen. I figured out that i need Winamp, and the suggested plug in. I got both of those. I still can't play the radio station though.
Can someone tell me how to get my winamp to listen to the station??? I tried "file: listen to URL: http://www.newpowerradio.tk/" but didn't work either. I tried clicking on "play 1" & "play 2" buttons on the site, but they just download a small text file with no real info in it. Help. Thomas

Please, someone help me out. I can hear many other stations on WinAmp, but cannot find New Power Radio somehow.

Thomas I have found that I am able to play the station in Windows AND RealOne...never played it in WinAmp. If you have either of those...open them and then open NPR and then choose Play1 from left side...hope that works for you!

On the top left corner of Winamp click "File" and then "Play URL"...
Then add this server addy... http://www.newpowerradio.ca/tunein.pls Then click "Open"...That should work. I hope this helps. [Edited 8/20/07 5:14am]

The sound quality is s**t that's why we recommend using Winamp with the MP3Pro plug-in... http://www.mp3prozone.com...ecoder.exe It will make a big difference. I hope this helps. Thank you. I finally figured this out after about an hour of experimenting. Whoever runs the site should have some kind of instructions for this. I certainly looked EVERYWHERE to try to figure it out.
