it was brought to my attention the other day that when a child is born
while in the nursey it is adentified as the gender and the childs last name

for example:

Girl Jones

this inginated an enormous fire within this wall of conciousness....


now when listed in publications the name of the child born to Mayte, was
listed as Boy Gregory and on the birth certificate the name of the father was not given.. now if it is true what was brought to my attention
was the child of Mayte really the child of or was it the child of another.
with all of the hush hush regarding the subject of this topic, could the truth be that Mayte actually became in the "motherly" way due to an act of rape(persay).. Did because of his TRUE LOVE 4 Her choose to take her as his wife AND execpt the child as his own as an act of LOVE to save her from more "unkindly" treatment?

i think the "boy gregory" name is the stuff of urban legend within the fan community. i think it came from a line in "anna stesia". i don't think it was meant to be the child's name. i could be wrong. i probably am. but i think it was prince's child - i don't think there'd be all the bluster and excitement that was all over disc 2 of emancipation if it was someone else's child.

mods please give this thread a little breathing space...

just a thought. if that boy didn't belong 2 prince, why would he have written until ur in my arms agaian? of course it was his boy. as 4 the name gregory. maybe he just likes the name. i still say prionce had a child,that still lives in hi heart.

would i have continued "business as usual"? i think i probably would have carried on similarly to how he did - he had a new album and tour rolled out at the time the baby died - if he gave in to his grief, all of that would have been scrapped, and it was meant to be a grand statement of his emancipation. it had to have been a bizarre and difficult time. i think he was a trooper, but it was still clear that a lot suffered as a result of that tragedy. the guy did what he could, and that's all anyone can do, so there's your answer.
