Never seen it before but it's nice!

EIL are expensive, but in the years (almost a decade) I've dealt with them, I've never known them to knowingly sell a fake or a bootleg.

It's like the similar 'Diamonds & Pearls' and '' boxes that appeared.
They are not official releases (but they're not boots either).

Basically the discs and the booklet are genuine, and were manufactured by EMI
(or WB in the case of the D&P and boxes), but the box itself was made
by a completely seperate company, with no input from Prince or his record
label. So no, it's not official (but it is legal).
