None of the songs on NPS are as excrutiatingly bad per se as some people would like to claim them to be. It's just that as a whole they form a terribly bland continuum that appears to be devoid of even the occasional high-point. They just blend into each other quite seamlessly in their uniform, tasteless sound. Thus actually making NPS also his most coherent album of the 90s. | |
