worst guitar moment by prince? my vote goes 2 las vegas 2000 december aftershow.
totaly uninspired and pathetic guitar playing by prince here( except jazzy version of she's always in my hair) he is my guitar idol but something went wrong that nite. your vote goes 2? | |

Hmmm... Never been dissapointed live, I would have 2 say that I was dissapointed most by Emancipation, NPS, and Rave in terms of guitar moments. There were a few on Rave and Emancipation, but for a long time his albums were seriously lacking that strong guitar bass.  The Mothership Connection... "Nice hair, where's you big rubber NOSE?!?" listen i am a guitar player 4 more then 8 years and my favourite guitar players r :prince,george benson,ernie isley, santana,jimi hendrix. i am big prince fan but i don't think he is god.he is a fantastic instrumentalist and talent but like all other musicians he have a "bad day". he is great guitar player, very nice in imagination department and also very versitle he can funk u,rock u jazz u . but sometimes he doesnt play guitar 2 his standards . as i have seen many great prince guitar moments i also saw him sometime when he plays totaly unispired ,boring examples r : rave un2 year 2000 video(everything except she's always in my hair and red house blues and guitar intro on purple rain was unispired.) | |
