Partyman or Prettyman? Old to the New--which do you prefer????? I wish u heaven | |

"partyman" by far.....not that I could compare the 2 but if I had too.....I bet all the die hard revolution fanatics will say "Prettyman" as "partyman" to them sounds so "commercial and boring" etc.....which fair enough i guess!
I don't mind "Prettyman", but I think the song loves itself too much really plus "Partyman" had cool batman samples "ladies and gentleman, no pictures please" and the video version i have on 12" is killer! As is the extended video!..... [Edited 11/2/04 15:33pm] | |

I've read that Partyman was supposed to be on an early configuration of Parade first and Prince re arranged it for Batman, I would like to hear it with the Parade era production sound

Just got the "Rave" CD with "Prettyman". It rocks! It's such a funky upbeat playful song. U get 2 see the comic side of Prince.
